NitroProGen is a protein supplement, 100% pure protein. It combines a blend of catabolic and anabolic proteins. Recommended daily serving- from 40g to 120g. The supplement should be taken divided into three servings, 40g each. Each serving should be mixed with approximately 200ml of water or milk, preferably using a mixer or shaker.
On workout days: Take one portion just after waking up, one either just after the workout (in addition to 30-60g of carbohydrates, for example, Dextrose) or 1.5 hours after the work out, and one portion just before sleep.
